​Whitewater Village Cottage Club is a relaxing escape from daily life. 
Here you can create those special memories with family and friends without the time and effort required to maintain a cottage. 

​The cottages and grounds are maintained for you and each cottage receives professional weekly housekeeping between every owner visit.

Whitewater Village Cottage Club consists of 8 elegant cottages located 75 minutes from Ottawa, 20 minutes past Renfrew with all of the luxuries of home and more. 

​​These waterfront cottages are located on Presqu'ile Point on Rocher-Fendu Lake...which is actually the Ottawa River.

FUN FACT:  Presqu'ile Point and Whitewater Village are on the only body of water from Mattawa to Montreal that cannot and will not flood. In addition, there is no low water and the water is controlled within a very small elevation range.  Although it’s called a lake, it’s actually a river with an imperceptible current which means ALMOST no bugs.
Make the most of your time away from home
Enjoy a book on the b
eautiful quiet beach in the club's Adirondack chairs.  If you want a little time on the water, there are club canoes, kayaks and some lifejackets provided.  Spend an evening around a fire pit on the beach watching the moon rise and stars come out.  In the winter we even have some snow shoes for owners to use.  

For group gatherings or special occasions, owners can book the beachside venue with combined indoor/outdoor seating for 60 people.  
Fractional Ownership
This is NOT a time-share​​.  At Whitewater village you buy 1/10th of a cottage which guarantees you 35 days every year of peaceful four-season relaxation.  Our club is managed by the owners and has been operating for more than 10 years.  Each Whitewater Village Cottage fraction provides one summer week that remains the same year to year.  There are 4 additional weeks included in the ownership which are allocated by a rotating selection process.  Three of the cottages are designated pet friendly for pet owners and new "Covid Puppy" owners. ​

Amazing flexibility
Fractions can be bought or sold.  Weeks can be rented to others.  The owners have an online community where owners trade weeks, swap cottages or rent additional weeks.  Many club owners live in the Ottawa area and enjoy using their weeks, so trading among club owners or renting from other owners is common.

There are a few fractions available for sale by current owners.  Some have moved away.  Some have had their personal situations change.  If you want to understand more, we welcome you to schedule a call with a club owner (not a licensed salesperson) to discuss what the club and fractional ownership is and is not.
